Need github URL updated

Thank you for updating the What is the URL for the project (as a whole)? field in issue #1973. However, I need the github URL updated as will. Getting the same error You may only change your repo_url if it is (1) more than 180 days since it was last changed, or (2) it is only a switch between http and https. Please file an issue (with rationale) if you need to change it sooner.
What is the URL for the version control repository (it may be the same as the project URL)?
https://github.com/sdo-device-onboard -> https://github.com/fido-device-onboard
this if for project https://bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org/en/projects/6714
I can't change project 6714 (fido device onboard) to use the URL <https://github.com/fido-device-onboard> because that repo URL is already being used by project 7456 (fidodeviceonboard).
Are these duplicate entries? If so, you probably should merge them - tell me which one to remove & I can do that.
Also, these "repo" URLs are really the set of repos for an organization. You can do that, and no ill will befall you. However, a lot of automation won't work because it's expecting a single repo. So if that's the best way to represent what you're doing, then that's great, but make sure that's what you meant to do :-).
The limits on changing repo URLs are there to counter some bad actors, but they may be too strict. Maybe we should relax them a bit. We can probably notice things like "change from https://github.com/FOO to https://github.com/FOO/BAR is always okay", and we could also reduce the change delay time.
