docs/gangplank - incorrect links to ocp, spec and cosa

Environment

Github pages for gangplank present invalid links to :

• ocp
• spec
• cosa

Expected Behavior

After following the link expected file should be presented.

Actual Behavior

Links are missing, the following communicate is displayed:

404 - page not found The main branch of coreos-assembler does not contain the path docs/gangplank/api-*

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to https://coreos.github.io/coreos-assembler/gangplank/
2. Select one of the listed above links
