To give different values for $primary, $danger variables etc dynamically at run time

Is it possible to dynamically inject the values for Root variable from API data. Like to give dynamic value to $primary variable at run time. Do you have any configuration to do that? Can you please suggest a method to dynamically change the theming at run time(To give different values for $primary, $danger variables etc dynamically)
