We should make a docs folder with the following markdown files:

• about
  • who we are ect, ...
• instructions
  • stuff like how to add a new greenspace, geojson.io instructions
  • naming schema ect

I can then fetch these markdown files and render them as html in the browser on the fly

This should be for the greenspace viewer app /app which is distinct from the greenspace analysis app (similar but yet to be made)

The /about page of the app now renders the readme.md
