Currently doing "Japanese Core 2000 Step 01 Listening Sentence Vocab + Images" but the browser did not show up the images or image-text pairs when the audio plays.

That's curious, it looks like that deck (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/114060567) is using externally hosted images rather than downloaded to your computer...? Perhaps that doesn't work with AnkiTab?

I think it is a rendering issue, as sometimes the text and/or image will not render
