2.24.2-RC0 should not be marked as "Latest" but "Pre"

@dsarkar @schauersbergern https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android/releases/tag/v2.24.2-rc.0 is again marked as latest although it is a RC. Please fix.

Please, could you change the releases so that they don't show "Latest release" if they are not the latest release but a RC?
https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android/releases/tag/v2.24.2-rc.1 is also wrong.
