Describe the issue
The use of the European Federation Gateway Service (EFGS) has been discontinued by Germany. This is not clearly reflected in the FAQs.
In the text there is no mention that there are no longer any active countries participating. In the details however, it lists Germany (from Oct 17, 2020 until Feb 21, 2023) so Germany is no longer participating.
"A central infrastructure that is used to exchange and check diagnosis keys across national borders."
This is no longer true. The infrastructure may still be in place, however it is not being used any more.
Suggestions
Update the text so that it is clear that the EFGS is history as far as Germany is concerned.

- This issue was partially resolved by PR #3423 as far as https://www.coronawarn.app/en/faq/results/#interoperability_countries is concerned:
"The Interoperability Gateway European Federation Gateway Service was deactivated EU-wide in February 2023. There is no more exchange of warnings via the gateway and the Corona-Warn-App will therefore no longer report warning messages triggered in apps from other countries."
