Double-check and update cluster analysis code

Use scikit-learn (kmean_cluster.py).

• Make sure code works as intended.
• Add necessary comments in the code.
• Update README file with sufficient use instructions for others to use easily.
• Export and save the inertia data, as well as the clustering solution.
