Discovery and Operation refer to k8s "action" as "verb"

This is legacy from the old discovery process. Kubernetes has x-kubernetes-action defined in the swagger.
The term verb in Discovery and Operation is muddied w/ HTTP verbs. Verb, when referring to x-kubernetes-action should be renamed to action(?).
