Testing phase of build issues

All keys are working besides the capslock and shift rows.

For example. When I use the tweezer to trigger the "A" key, "Z" will also trigger and vice versa.

Same things happens for Caps/Shift, S/X, D/C, F/V, G/B, H/N, J/M, K/. , L/.

Any ideas? Already re-seated the black chip, reviewed my solders.

I have built the disipline and discipad before. Both finished to completion and working. So I have a solid idea that what I have done so far on this build is correct.
