Create a more graceful error for stocks that can't be found

Right now we aren't telling the user anything when stocks can't be found. Let's put in a "Sorry, something went wrong with that optimization. Try again?" when we get backend failures. Then, we can start to make these feedback messages more accurate/meaningful over time (or eliminate them altogether).
