Do you have your own npm private repository?
chaty will check updates from default https://registry.npmjs.org/ or your specified registry in ~/.npmrc registry

ichaty@0.1.19 changed the policy and won't read registry in ~/.npmrc if it's not public registry

please upgrade your node version, suggest node version ≥ 16

16.14.0和18.14.1都试过了，老样子
