For the SDK, Tendermint, and a handful of other core repos, we should have tests that fail when links are broken. At very least for relative links within the same repo.

Should add this for spec repos as well. Ton of broken links that are very frustrating.

we do have these tests. I've opened similar issues in the past and found that it was probelms with how vuetiy handled broken links, it would redirect you to a non 404 page so the checks weren't able to detect. Can you start listing exampls here and we can try to re-asses what a longer term solution is?
