1. The value miner & receiptsRoot processed from function EthHeaderFromTendermint are default value

   ReceiptHash: common.Hash{},

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]

• Developer should get the value of coinbase
• Developer should verify the authenticity of transaction receipts, based on receiptHash

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]

• For now, we cannot get any information about these two values.
