Axis configuration

Currently, structured spherical volumes are expected to contain the radial, latitudinal and longitudinal axis in a specific order.
It is also expected that the volume covers the whole body.

The order of the axes and the minimum and maximum value along each axis should be configurable in the settings json.
Ideally, these values should be calculated automatically from the data if they weren't set manually.
