@sethrosetter somehow I couldn't reproduce the issue anymore after touching the facebook login button the second time after the facebook login web view failed to display first time. After that no matter what I do, I couldn't reproduce the issue.

I updated Facebook SDK and other deprecated code and committed to the master branch (f183820).

If you still encounter the issue, you may cherry pick the commit the your branch. I think it might be a good idea to get the change to all 1.3.0 branches as well.

@hideki Is it possible to update the 1.3.0 branches to pickup the updated SDK?

@sethrosetter and @hideki This issue is a blocker for QA Testing and should be fixed before the next test fest.
