Attenuator Channel 1 not saving correct values in attenuvert mode

When in Attenuvert mode, channel 1 of the Attenuator module is starting off at 0 for values < 0 when opening a saved patch.

Will be released in v2.2.0. Fix is available in the v2.2.0 branch on github.
