events.json files should say that -1 in RTs means missed

We might want to make sure events.json files such as task-emotion_bold_events.json explicitly mention that "response_time" = -1 means that no response was given

not out of the top of my mind (can't recall with sub it was) - will point out if found now re-doing the analysis

grep -1 sub-*/ses-*/func/sub-*_ses-*_task-*_run-*_events.tsv (bruteforce approach ;) does not return anything.
