Healing cannot commence without MP. Take a leaf out of the other volcano miner script's book and add mp_restore as approrpriate.

Potential solution pushed to master. Will commence testing of SVN-filtered changes after rollover. mp_restore hp_restore strategy appears to work. Also, added hp-regen to antisurvival characters who need it.
