Tested on Firefox 74 (64-bit) on Windows 10. No content in Twitter element. But works on Chrome and Edge (non-chrominum version).
Visible for me on Firefox 74. Ctrl + F5?

Yes, the same.

I'm on Firefox 76b8 and the message comes with a Learn More link which tells you why FF is blocking it and what you as a user can do about it.
