The only test checking EBBO directly was ReferenceSolverSurplusTest. It was muted in #74 since it produced lots of false positive alerts and false negative alerts. But it does not seem to be emitting any info log messages.
The test should be re-enabled as soon as possible to get a better quantitative idea of EBBO violations.
