Score reporting using success probabilities not supported

Solvers can now submit a solution together with a success probability, with the score being computed by the driver. Such scores are stored with the key scoreProtocolWithSolverRisk. This key is not handled correctly in the cost coverage per solver test here.

A solution would be to just add another branch to the if ... else.
