Update sqlite to 3.45+

I had an issue. cozy on ios overrides a SQLite to the 3.42.0 version . After research I haven't found a way to update a version of sqlite myself.
Could you move to more uptodate version ?
Also JSONB could give some benefits of binary packing data in general
