Timer activates at about 7 seconds left rather than 0

Describe the bug
When playing a game with the auto-act feature on, the timer activates at about 7 seconds left rather than 0.
What does this issue relate to? Please put an X in the [ ] (i.e. turn [ ]
into [X]
) for the relevant choice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior if any (Basically Necessary for issue to be fixed):
- Join a game with the timer feature on
- Wait for the timer to run down to 0
Additional context
I only have confirmed this issue with bullets, but it is likely that it impacts other auto-actions too.

this is just server/client lag
There's not much we could do here outside of constantly syncing the timer, which would only add more load and cause more lag.
