RT Tickets to be closed

I won't change RT ticket status until QAH commits are actually merged into master, but the following tickets are at least "patched" status, so don't forget to change their status when appropriate.

https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=77717 (applied)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=50504 (applied)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=39509 (resolved as the metric is gone)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=38566 (ditto)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=47743 (ditto)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=68398 (ditto)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=51514 (ditto)

https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=38405 (not confirmed yet but this should have already been fixed in 0.87)

another round of checking:

https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=78311 (issue is gone due to the switch to CPAN::Meta::YAML, though the bug in YAML::Tiny/CPAN::Meta::YAML lingers...)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=76467 (resolved as the metric is gone)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=75851 (ditto)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=24504 (ditto)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=68051 (issue seems gone due to the switch to Archive::Any::Lite)
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=43992 (should be resolved as the metric is gone)

Please also consider something to address http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=542401 (accessing alioth.debian.org during build process / test suite). I was building packages for Fedora last night and I was getting connection timeouts to that host, resulting in each build taking about 20 minutes.

@pghmcfc, sorry for the trouble. That metric is scheduled to be removed in the next version. It was tentatively rolled back in the current stable version (0.89) to deal with downstream issues, but the latest dev release (0.90_01) doesn't access to the site anymore, and the next stable will be out in a month at the latest (in other words, before YAPC::Asia in September).

Above issue has been addressed. Should be closed now.
