Hide originating jams in world feed

In the world feed, you end up with several similar jams (each level of a sequence of replies). It would be better to hide (or group) similar jams so that only the most-replied performance is visible.
Perhaps if you tap the child performance, the parents are then visible in the next screen.

A little bit of work is required to abstract the "feed" of jams from the storage area for jams.
One idea would be to make the store of jams a bit richer and support queries and delivering a feed given some kind of logic.
We would also need some way to "unroll" jams into another list so that we can view or reply (again) to earlier performances.
