completing data for downloaded jams

after playing a jam, the ChirpPerformance needs to be augmented with a creator ID somewhere down the line (so that the avatar etc can be added).

Not sure when this was fixed, but it is currently working as follows:

After recording:

performances are made into a record
record is uploaded
when record has confirmed uploading, it is added to the store array and dictionary and augmented with a creatorID.
