Need to delete:

all performance records
avatar
username

Can the CloudKit record be returned to a completely empty state?

Good to have some kind of switch and button for this (and then a danger screen after that!)

Deletion of performances can now be done as of a0e6ae8 through the menu dots, or long press. Calling this closed for now, more in depth deletion can be implemented later.
