Fixer - Add the functionallity to auto-fix all issues with a 'Fix All' button

While it will be nice to have features to fix individual problems, there could be situations where doing them all at once would save time. For renaming there would have to be a acceptable rename algorithm.

I have added buttons and corresponding functionality for Rename All, Convert All, and Locate All.
