exclude crossing=no from rendering crossings at highway=traffic_signals nodes

Closed this issue · 0 comments

Hi everybody (I'm sorry that I can't speak any france, I hope you may excuse).

It's a great thing that crossing=traffic_signals gets rendered as a crossing, also when on the same node with highway=traffic_signals. I like this style for that. But please, just have a look at how https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4711842576 gets rendered in osm-fr.

The node has the tags "highway=traffic_signals" and "crossing=no" to express that at this point, there is really no possibility to cross the road. The osm-wiki lists this in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Key:crossing
So no wrong tagging in my eyes. But it gets rendered as there would be a crossing at this point.

So might it be possible to exclude crossing=no from rendering crossing on highway=traffic_signals nodes?
