Interest in non-MPI LDA master-worker?

Hi!
I work with the Center for High Throughput Computing (CHTC) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which produces the HTCondor compute scheduling software (used worldwide for high-throughput computing, https://agenda.hep.wisc.edu/event/1201/session/4/contribution/5/material/slides/1.pdf) and provides campus research computing systems. We also collaborate with a research group at U. Notre Dame, who have created a non-MPI master-worker framework (http://ccl.cse.nd.edu/software/workqueue/) that works with HTCondor, allowing for elasticity in the number of workers.
Let us know if you might be interested in collaborating to get your asynchronous master-worker running in a scalable high-throughput computing environment without MPI. We also have a researcher here who is interested in using LDA to study a very interesting set of news article on his research topic.
Cheers,
Lauren Michael
