Call to undefined method Omnipay\Jac\Message\PurchaseResponse::isPending()

This error is thrown when i try payment. I checked this issue and i could not update omnipay to v3.

I can't update craftcms/commerce-omnipay, because composer returns constraints issue.
This is from my custom gateway

Is there anything i should do to fix this?

Craft version is 3.3.16.1
Commerce version is 2.2.8
Commerce omnipay version is 1.0.2
