EVENT_STEP_BEFORE_PARSE_CONTENT is not documented as an event in the docs

Description
The Feed Me configuration section in the docs: https://docs.craftcms.com/feed-me/v6/get-started/configuration.html makes reference to the skipUpdateFieldHandle setting and it being legacy to Craft CMS 3. It suggests using the EVENT_STEP_BEFORE_PARSE_CONTENT but it is not documented under: https://docs.craftcms.com/feed-me/v6/developers/events.html. The event does exist in the code and is present, just not documented currently.
