Star button box in address bar appear without star icon.

By default #pageActionbutton is set to none, after removing the lines star button box appear without star icon.
The star helps me to know whether the page is bookmarked. Help me get it back in waterfall. Thanks.

Fixed the issue by commenting both #star-button and #pageActionButton.
