Add support to place down, edit, and view skills and fever trigger points.

according to moplo, this is why nanashi removed the code for skills and fever

"mmw4cc doesn't really care about compat with pjsk so nanashi ripped the code out"

I don't see what this issue has to do with nanashi's fork.
