when i'm changing Logo of crater App, But getting error "Please check your internet connection or wait until servers are back online"

I have changed the logo of crater app and replaced my logo and when I do "php artisan serve" I can see my logo.
when building the app and deploying to the server, I'm getting an error "Please check your internet connection or wait until servers are back online"

But I'm not getting this error when I directly deploy the default public directory present in git.

So how can I fix this issue, is there any license present to go with custom changes with respect to code?
