Support for Image Thumbnail and <dc:creator> tag

Hi! I use this to manage a Wordpress feed list, but I think it can be better if it have a support for the Image Thumbnail of a Post media:thumbnail and a fallback for the author dc:creator, because for some feeds it return "null", because there isn't an author tag.

Or maybe I am missing something? I remember an old version with the "ImageLink" function.

I am refactoring this library in order to make it more stable and useful, so these features will take some time to be properly integrated. Meanwhile, you can still use the old version, i.e., 0.23.
