[Bug] Title Heading Misalignment on Larger Screens

Description
On larger screens, the heading Explore by content is not positioned correctly. It does not appear centered above the associated content in the section. This misalignment creates an inconsistent layout and impacts the visual structure of the page, particularly on wide displays.
Reproduction
- Open the page on a larger screen (e.g., 1920x1080 resolution).
- Observe the position of the heading in relation to the content below it.
- Notice that the heading is not centered or placed directly above the content it refers to.
- See error.
Expectation
The heading should be centrally aligned and positioned clearly above the content (case tags and scholarship tags) to ensure consistent layout on all screen sizes.
Adjust CSS to ensure proper alignment and positioning of the heading on larger screens.

I don't believe there is anything wrong with the UX in production. The Explore Content heading is suppose to be over the left column, above the filters:
It does expose another issue, that there is no data available for local development:
