Upgrade from argon angular free to argon pro without breaking the project

Hey there,
I am completely new to argon and unable to find my answers in the argon documentation or on internet. And I have found no other way to get helped by the community than by writing here (And i apologize for that).
I am using argon free for an angular project and I wanted to upgrade to pro because I love your work. But the architecture of files for the pro template do not match any angular structure that I've seen. So in the end I don't understand how we are supposed to use these new features. Also copying the new features from the "assets" folder actually break my app.
Are these just example and absolutely not a usable project ?
