Select needs double click on iPad to activate option.

I use Nuxt for a webproject and for this I use select-dropdowns. On my computer and smartphone everything works good. But on the iPad I have to test the webapp I’m able to,open the select with just one click, but to select an option I need to double click the element. Is this already a known issue.
