[Feature Request] node-sass vulnerability assessment

This repo has multiple vulnerabilities due to node-sass package, detailed by Snky here: https://snyk.io/test/github/creativetimofficial/nextjs-material-kit. Since there is no recommended fix at this time, it may be wise to remove SASS dependencies for now and just include the compiled CSS.
