Dropdown menu not closing when user navigates away / off focus

We are trying the basic version for a demo site and still under development.
One major issue we have is that, if the user clicks on Menu (dropdown/ pull down)

ex: click on User Icon and navigate away from the menu and click on any other action links - You will see the top right corner menu open all the time.

click on Demo Pages and navigate way,

How to close the menu when user navigates away?
