Thank you for posting this info. I am trying to use this concept to build a portable signal generator targeting different frequencies, one of them being GPS. I'm using GNU radio companion on the Hackrf to produce the python scrips for WALB to execute. I wanted to know if there are any specific part numbers for the LCD or encoder to make them compatible with the code you provided.

Regarding the parts, I got those as following links( Sorry all in Japanese). It seems, they cannot ship to overseas.
