Extension broken on premise after last update

Hi,
with the current version the extension is broken in our on premise setup. The filter settings are not saved and the extension does not list any repositories:
And the Image in front of the 'No PRs' label is broken:
caribeiro84.pull-request-manager-hub.view:10 Failed to set referrer policy: A policy specified by a meta element must contain only one token. The referrer policy has been left unchanged.
No permissions found for security namespace 'xxxxxx' and token 'repoV/2xxxxx/'. Ensure that the effective permissions are included in shared data.

Version: 2.20210405.1 (Latest) with on premise Azure devops 2020.
I already tried to clean old settings from the local storage, but no success.
