Pipeline comments do not fully reflect functions

ALL pipelines -- comment does not reflect function #3 (Lookup), suggest replacing '#3' with '#3-4' and parser '#4' should be replaced with '#5'.:
pan_traffic pipeline -- Additionally, '#6-7' should be changed to '#6-8' and '#9' should be changed to '#9-11'
pan_system pipeline -- Additionally, function numbers after are not correct: '#4' should be '#5' and '#5-6' should be '#6-7'.
