License violation by google/werm project

It looks like the google/werm project is using code from dtach, even though it is licensed under the Apache License version 2.0, while dtach is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0.

google/werm is now licensed under the 3-clause BSD license, though anyone touching the project will have to treat everything as being under the GNU General Public License version 2.0.
