Configure component with read-only or editable mode

Using the constructor options object, tell the component if you want it to be loaded as a full editor instance or just the read-only instance.
Look at brat embed example (index-visualisation.html or http://brat.nlplab.org/embed.html ) to figure out what files can be excluded when mode read-only is picked.
