"Disable auto timeline scroll" doesn't really work

I didn't notice any difference when enabling or disabling this option.
SwipeRefresh loading is gone, but it still jumps to the top of the timeline on app launch.
Twitter version : 10.41.0-release.1
Patches version : v1.29.0
