Slight delay before dynamic island displays

Became an issue after commit: 420da33.
Sometimes the dynamic island does not respond to the modules immediately or does not respond at all. This is especially noticeable when switching between apps (app switcher module).

seems like this no longer happens after the optimisation. Cannot reproduce
