[1.18.2 Forge] Config reload option doesn't seem to be working

When I edit my config file and then type /sanity config reload, it says "Configuration reloaded", but actually it doesn't. So I need to restart entire server to apply changes.

Currently the command only reloads dimension configs. I have yet to find a way to make it affect global configuration.
